This is one of the stories of the book; Out Standing Short Stories. In this book, there were a lot of famous masterpiece literature.
It was the story I was so interested in.

I have heard the name of an author; Oscar Wiled but I did know nothing about it.
The story was about a man. He was poor and sincere. He was perfect except earning money well. He had never used unfair way to do it and never did unkind things to others. However he was in love so had to make money to get marry. His friend was concerned about him because of such a character.
This story start with these sentences.

Unless one is wealthy there is no use in being a charming person. The poor should be ordinary and practical. It is better to have a permanent income than to be an interesting.(p.14)

It was sad. He had never understood the idea. So he was poor, his friend said.
However one day, he gave a little money to a rich man without knowing who he is. The man was glad and touched. So he decided to give enough money to him. Finally the poor man got money with fair way.
